How It Works

Activate your test using the form on this page.

You will need the barcode on one tube from your collection kit and your employer ID# from the kit insert.

Note: Each tube has a unique barcode number and is required to match your online activation with your sample.

Complete collection weekly on the date identified by your employer.

Use one tube each week.

Drop off the specimen tube in the biohazard bag at the location designated by your employer.

Ensure you have completed and adhered the Name/Date label to your tube. Please do not adhere the label on top of the barcode.

Receive results via email or SMS (text).
