Serving Western North Carolina

Putting Our Community First

As a mostly rural area, access to quality medical testing can be difficult. You might have to drive aways to get tested. Maybe you have to wait awhile for results because the sample is shipped to a national lab.

We get it. We live and work here too.

CommunityLab was created to provide easy and quick access to quality, reliable testing in this medically underserved region of North Carolina. We are here for you, our friends, our family, and our community.
